This package contains all the filters you need for up to two years after purchasing your AquaTru Under Sink system. The package contains two pre-carbon filters (1-2) and one VOC Alkaline filter (4) and is suitable for AquaTru Under Sink. The pre-carbon filter should be replaced every six months. It removes bacteria, sediment and other large particles. The activated carbon also removes any chlorine taste from the water. The VOC carbon filter filters the last impurities from the water, optimizes the taste of the water and makes your water ready for consumption. With this package, you have enough supplies to last for one year.

Time for replacement?
The AquaTru Under Sink system contains three filters that must be replaced at regular intervals to maintain performance. 

  • (1-2) Pre-Carbon Filter: replace after 6 months
  • (3) Reverse Osmosis Filter: replace after 2 years
  • (4) Alkaline VOC Carbon Filter: replace after 1 year

Helpful Hint: Write the date of filter installation with a permanent marker on the filter body, or use our helpful Filter Replacement Records chart, so you can easily identify when to replace the filters.

Simple steps to keep your AquaTru system performing at its best.

1. Shut off the cold water supply line connected to your system.
2. Open the RO faucet to drain any remaining water.
3. Twist and remove the filter.
Tip: The filter can pivot out for easier access
4. Insert and secure the new filter until fully in place.
5. Write the installation date on the filter to track replacements easily.

6. Close the faucet and turn the cold water supply back on.
