Hoewel het zeer onwaarschijnlijk is, kan het gebeuren dat een onderdeel van je AquaTru stuk gaat, zoals de tank voor kraanwater van je AquaTru Classic. Je kunt dan voordelig een nieuwe tank bestellen. AquaTru Classic is gemaakt van Tritan® plastic. Deze vorm van plastic is BPA- en BPS-vrij en lekt geen microplastics in uw drinkwater. Tritan® plastic wordt regelmatig gebruikt in andere gezondheidsproducten, zoals de Vitamix. Tritan® is getest door verschillende universiteiten en onafhankelijke laboratoria. De resultaten tonen aan dat het materiaal veilig is en vrij is van schadelijke stoffen.

"I've had to replace the AquaTru Classic Tap Water Tank several times because it started leaking after just a few months of use. Customer service has been disappointing. Despite the recurring issue, they require customers to record and submit videos and go through multiple troubleshooting steps. In my case, the only solution offered was a small discount on purchasing yet another replacement tank."
