Denise joined AquaTru in 2019 after organizing a triathlon where AquaTru was the main sponsor. Her passion lies in helping people, whether that’s guiding them to make informed choices about clean water or ensuring they feel truly supported as customers. Every day, Denise gets to combine her love for problem-solving with personal interaction, which makes her work incredibly rewarding.

What do you think sets AquaTru’s customer service apart?

We genuinely care and take the time to really listen. It’s not just about solving issues — it’s about making sure people feel supported and informed. We often go the extra mile, and I think customers sense that we genuinely care about their experience. That personal attention makes a big difference.

What’s one thing you’ve learnt about water that changed the way you think?

I used to take clean water for granted, like many people do. But learning about the variety and levels of contaminants even in “safe” tapwater completely shifted my mindset. It’s not just about taste; it’s about long-term health and trust in what we consume daily. Once you know, you can’t un-know, and that drives me to help others become more informed too. On a more personal note: since I started using AquaTru, I not only feel better drinking it, my skin has honestly never looked this good. It really showed me how clean water affects your entire well-being.

What has been your most heartwarming or memorable customer interaction?


A customer once told me she bought AquaTru for her elderly father, who had stopped drinking water because of the bad taste. After using AquaTru, he started drinking again, and it made a big difference in his health. She was so grateful, it was a beautiful reminder of how something as simple as clean water can make a real impact!
