    • 480 ml boiling water
    • 30–40 grams dried lavender flowers (ensure it's culinary grade)
    • 480 ml cold AquaTru water
    • 240 ml lemon juice
    • 200 grams sugar
  • How to do it:

    2. Pour boiling water over the lavender, then cover with cling film and allow to steep for 10 minutes.
    3. Strain the lavender-infused water, discarding the flowers, and return the liquid to the jug.
