  • What you need:

    • 120 ml elderflower cordial, or 25 ml elderflower liqueur
    • 800 ml chilled AquaTru purified water
      1 cucumber
    • 1 lemon, thinly sliced (for garnishing, optional)
    • Fresh mint leaves (for garnishing, optional)
    • Ice cubes

  • How to do it:

    1. Roughly chop the cucumber. Optionally, peel it for a subtler flavour.
    2. Combine cucumber, elderflower cordial, and AquaTru water in a blender.
    3. Blend until smooth, then pour through a sieve into a jug.
    4. Reblend the solids briefly, then strain again, mixing in 1-2 tablespoons of the pulp with the liquid. Discard the excess pulp.
    5. Refrigerate the mixture until chilled.
    6. To serve, add ice and fresh mint leaves to glasses, fill halfway with the cucumber mix, and enjoy.
