Although it is very unlikely, it can happen that a part of your AquaTru becomes damaged, such as the filtered water tank of your AquaTru Classic. In that case you can order a new tank. AquaTru Classic is made of Tritan® plastic. This form of plastic is BPA and BPS free and does not leak microplastics into your drinking water. Tritan® plastic is also widely used in other health products, such as the Vitamix. Tritan® has been tested by several universities and independent laboratories and the results show that the material is safe and free from harmful substances.

Malgré plusieurs relances sur les 3 dernières semaines et après avoir réalisé toutes les procédures recommandées pour solutionner un éventuel problème de condensation ou bulle sur certains capteurs, je n’ai à ce jour reçu aucune réponse satisfaisante de la part du SAV me permettant d’utiliser la machine nouvellement achetée sur le site officiel ! Extrêmement déçu! Je ne recommande absolument pas la marque"
