Order confirmation & tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Once your package is shipped, our shipping partner will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order.

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at info@aquatruwater.eu. Please use the subject line as follows ‘Shipping Address Change, Order X’ (X=your order number).
