Shipping
After ordering your AquaTru products, you’ll receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. Once your package is shipped, (Postal Service) will send you a shipping e-mail, containing a tracking number. With this specific number, you can follow the status of your order. If you want to change the shipping address, you can contact us at info@aquatruwater.eu. Please use the subject line as follows ‘Shipping Address Change, Order X’ (X=your order number).
Delivery time
All deliveries within the EU are shipped with DPD. Delivery times vary from country to country.

Returns
All items bought at this webshop, can be returned within 14 days after purchase.
Because of health and hygiene regulations, AquaTru products can only be returned when the seal on the package is intact. This means that the products should be unopened and unused.
If you want to return your products, we’d recommend the following steps:
1. Send an email with your order number, name, contact information and a reason for return (if any) with the subject “return X” (X=order number) to info@aquatruwater.eu. This has to be within 14 days after you receive our products.
2. Only return your package after receiving a reply on your return-e-mail from us. Return your package, including packing slip on which you indicate which products are in the package. Make sure your products are well packed, so that they cannot be damaged during transportation. Send your products (at your own costs) to:

3. Once we receive your return, we will check the package. If everything is in order, you will get a refund (excl. shippingcosts) within 14 days.
Please note: ensure that you send the return well packed, as the risk lies with the customer (the sender).
