Apple Cider Cocktail with Cinnamon

  • What you need:

    • Ice (made from clean, purified water)
    • 60 ml bourbon
    • 60 ml apple cider
    • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
    • 60 ml ginger beer
    • A squeeze of fresh lemon, optional

    For garnish:

    • 1 cinnamon stick
    • 1 apple slice
    • 1 sprig fresh thyme
  • How to do it:

    1. Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add the bourbon, apple cider and bitters.
    2. Top with the ginger beer and stir gently. Add a squeeze of lemon if you like.
    3. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, an apple slice and thyme. Serve straight away.

    Tip

    Prefer it lighter. Swap the bourbon for alcohol-free spirit or extra ginger beer.
